Delightful little exercise gadget the whole family enjoys using. A big part of exercise is availability. If it's right in plain sight and easy to get to, you will use it more. Once this pull-up bar was installed over the doorway from our hall to our living room, well, we just started doing pullups--daily--all three of us. That is, two middle-aged parents and one sporty girl. At first, I could do only one pull-up. A few days later, I could do several. At that point, I noticed vertical lines appearing in my post-baby-bearing abdomen. Vertical lines, I tell you! Not washboard abs, but certainly not mommy-abs either. And on top of that, this pull-up bar is easy. Once assembled, you sling it over a doorway. That's it. Just lift up on it to take it down to the ground for different options. But we don't--we just leave it up and use it from time to time. Makes a great gift too. Very sturdy and will not damage your door frame. We use it because it's there and it's fun. Note: hubby is tall--at 6'1"--and he does have to bend at the knees in order to do a pull-up. If you are short, like our daughter, you have to jump up to reach it. It works for most sizes of humans. Vertical ab lines--I still cannot get over that!

Incomplete product sent with main parts missing. The box was taped up tight to cover the fact that it had been opened before. Very disappointed as we looked forward to it but we couldn’t even hang it on the wall and use it since there were no parts in the box

Absolutely amazing! It took me quite a while to assemble, given my lack of experience with this sort of this. However, I've been using it now for about a month and it is an absolute beast. It's crazily solid in construction. One of the things that posed a challenge for me during assembly is how precisely and tightly everything fits together. Also, I love the addition of the rock climbing holds. I got this primarily because handgboards for training rock climbing strength are far more expensive, yet far less versatile for workouts. The holds are more juglike than perhaps ideal, but they are pretty thin, allowing for the simulation of much smaller holds. Absolutely recommended.

Tardé 45min en ensamblarlo porque las piezas están mal hechas; desiguales en sus ángulos y perforaciones. Cuando finalmente lo logré con ayuda de otra persona, no lo pude usar porque quedó torcido y no se sostiene de ninguna puerta.
