Not so strong hold
Glue is not that much strong that It can hold upto 5-7 days. It will hardly stay for 1-2 days after that it starts peeling off on its own. Also not a water proof tape it easily gets wet while it gets in contact with water.

muscle injury physio support tape
Provides good support to my shoulder muscle injury during my games. Also, support works for 2-3 days depending on how much the muscle is used or movements. Value for money. Just to mention one thing that while removing this tape, the adhesive actually is very sticky and sometimes painful to get it off the skin. I do rub oil on the tape but still hurting.
