I love disney movies especially the pixar ones, i have seen the first monsters inc when it first came out a few years ago and really enjoyed it and when i heard they were making a prequal which this is i wasnt sure that it would be good.Well i was proven wrong as this is much more funnier than the original, and apart from the two main monsters in the movie the other monster designs are brilliant and the animation is top quality. Buy it excellent family film.

What can I say, another cracking film from Pixar! Loved it from start to finish! Great story, really funny in parts, with awesome visuals! Remember the trailer? Sully turned Mike into a disco ball, unless I'm going mad, I don't recall seeing that sequence in the final feature. Sound and picture quality on the DVD are top notch and I certainly didn't have any syncing problems on my copy! The Blue Umbrella short is worth watching too! Going back to the main film, lookout for the slug that's late for class and make sure you carry on watching till after the final credits have rolled, you'll be glad you did! That's all I'm saying! Pixar you rock! Can't wait to see Finding Dory now! It's the follow up to Finding Nemo and is gonna be brilliant if it's as good as the former! Happy Days! :)

Having just recently re-watched Monsters Inc and loving it I decided that watching the sequel was a must (despite some trepidation that it might not live up to the standards set by the original). This film is set as a prequel and follows the stories of Sulley and Mike during their youthful years as they try to achieve their ultimate dream of getting into the scare game. The story in this film works well as a prequel and didn't feel like this was a film that was going to be released to make money no matter the quality. Once again this is a Disney Pixar film that looks simply stunning and manages to deliver on that feel that Pixar films always seem to manage to have. Whenever I am going to see a prequel or sequel I do worry about the quality of them but I must say I really did enjoy this film a lot and know it is one I will watch again soon.

Love, love, love this film. We saw in in the cinema and I just had to get it for my 3yr old son who was a massive fan of the original Monsters Inc. He thinks this one is better than the first and since Christmas we must have watched it about 100 times. I have to say that it is starting to get a little frustrating for me having it on in the background all the time but hey, he loves it so that's all that matters ;)Definitely a very good, family film that can be watched over and over and over again ......

this is another really good film from Disney telling us that monsters are not just born that way and that they have to learn to scare so that they can save up our scarediness for when it is needed .the films two main monsters Mike voiced by Billy Crystal and Sulley John Goodman are the central characters who are poles apart at first but learn to work togetherOne final word you know that the dean of a university should rule with a fair dinkum of fear well this one will scare the pants of all easily led people she is voiced by Helen MirrenMy opinion is a hit watch it if you can

Great family film, enjoyed it as much as Monsters Inc. One scene that is used to advertise this film involves using one of the monsters as a disco ball (odd I know but they do) - disappointed that this is not actually in the film as that is one of the reasons we ordered it - however it is still a great film.

Great blu ray quality and good movie!Picture and sound is very high quality!

The 3 D quality is very good and the story line will entertain anyone who has had a post high school education.

Purchased the 3D version from Dodax, arrived in good condition and I had no problems playing the 3D version on my region 1(A) player. Both 3D Blu-Ray and regular Blu-Ray were all regions (ABC). Did not play the regular Blu-Ray. The 3D was quite good as was the sound (7.1 no Atmos track).

Had such a hard time finding this movie. Excellent to receive it fairly quickly and able to enjoy Mike and Sully again! Works as it should (DVD) and is an excellent addition to your movie collection! Thank you Rarewaves!
