Are these a complete box? Or are they like the cheap ones that are hollow on the underside?

They are not a complete box but have a lot of reinforcement underneath. My kids ride over them on bikes, scooters, mini dirt bike, skateboards, they seem really strong. My oldest is 6'2'' and weighs almost 180lbs. They have held up really well
