do not buy mine lasted one lock wouldnt open so used the key next time i set the timer and locked but wouldnt realease after timer set so had to get key again third time just tried to open it to put something in and wouldnt open so is now smashed to bits cause it said to replace batteries which are on the inside

I have been purchasing the small model of the safe for a number of years. There is nothing else on the market in terms of build quality of the safe itself - no vulnerable plastic parts that could be used to access before the timer permits. On the early models there were issues with the timer/battery compartment but the after sales service is second to none (emails at 9 PM London time are not uncommon). Not only are the issues resolved but improvements have been made in subsequent models so that the safe I purchased a month or so ago works like a dream. It feels like a true partnership between the company represented by Dan who is excellent and the user contact.

Very happy with my purchase thanks again the safe is very solid build and the timer is fantastic ya set the time and then it’s locked and if you try and open it with the code it is not going to work unless the timer has come to 0 so it’s fantastic for locking away things you craving so going to buy another one soon thanks again the safe is just what I needed

Excellent for controlling cravings and very secure. As constructive feedback the plastic front with the dial does seem a bit cheap and tacky compared to the rest of the product so changing the material here would make it much better.

This safe has helped me moderate and gain control of bad habits. Im very grateful to come across this product thats made a difference . Everything works as it should.

Questo nuovo modello non presenta nessun problema di meccanica o di elettronica, Si apre perfettamente quando deve e non ha nessun problema sopracitato di funzionamento. Sono felice di constatare che ogni problema è stato affrontato e poi risolto. La consiglio indubbiamente, l assistenza sempre disponibile la rende sicuramente un prodotto di eccellenza. Il venditore risponde reattivamente ad ogni problema/dubbio, sempre pronto a fornire aiuto se di preferenza in videochiamata. Soddisfatto la consiglio vivamente.

The safe is high quality, sturdy, and reliable. I use the time-lock feature to help me curb some of my addictions and it has been working fantastically. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to put something down for a couple hours, up to 99 days. Also, if you ever lose the keys, or lock it in the safe (don't do this!), you can buy a spare from the company with free expedited shipping anywhere to the US, UK, or Canada. Customer support also replies to emails very quickly and are friendly and professional. They're based in Italy so the timing is way off compared to where I live (EST), but they were getting back to me on weekends (even Sundays) which shows that they are dedicated to their customers. 5/5 - Will buy again!

Ho acquistato questa cassaforte temporizzata e devo dire che sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. Pro Materiali resistenti: La cassaforte è realizzata con materiali robusti che mi danno una grande sensazione di sicurezza. Funzionalità timer: La funzione di blocco temporizzato è perfetta per me. Posso impostare il timer per un periodo di tempo specifico e la cassaforte si aprirà solo allo scadere del tempo impostato. Facilità d'uso: Il meccanismo di blocco è facile da programmare e utilizzare. Design compatto: Le dimensioni sono perfette per le mie esigenze e si adatta bene a qualsiasi ambiente. Contro Spazio interno limitato: Lo spazio interno potrebbe essere un po' più ampio per oggetti più grandi. In questo caso vi consiglio di comprare la taglia "Large" Nel complesso, sono estremamente soddisfatto di questa cassaforte temporizzata.

I had some problems with the timer-function of the safe in the beginning, it wasn’t working properly. Luckily the owner of Genie Hand (Dan) is super friendly and very helpful, he responded to my messages very quickly and did everything to get the timer-function working like it should. In the beginning, I thought the safe was a little bit pricey, but now I realise you’re not just paying for the safe itself: top-notch lifelong support is included, for me that makes a big difference. It’s a long-term investment. If you’re thinking about getting this safe too, I wouldn’t let the negative reviews discourage you. I can understand the negative reviews, since I had problems with the safe myself in the beginning. But that doesn’t mean I regret buying the safe! With the help of Dan, it’s working perfectly now. The safe itself, apart from the timer function, is really good. If it’s locked properly, and you don’t have the keys nearby, then I think you would really need to attack it with an iron baseball bat (at the very least) to open it with brute force. The 5-stars are not just for the safe itself, but also for the great customer support.

Il timer è molto facile da settare, e questo rende l'uso di questa cassafortina un piacere. Poiché l'uso principale del timer è per il controllo di varie ed eventuali cattive abitudini, alcune delle quali possono configurarsi come vere e proprie dipendenze, mettere il timer non basta: bisogna far sparire le chiavi. Ci sono vari stratagemmi per renderle irreperibili. Il peggiore tra questi è mettere le chiavi nella cassaforte stessa, perché se la batteria si scarica, o si è per errore impostato un tempo eccessivo, la cassaforte risulterà permanentemente bloccata, oppure, rispettivamente, chiusa per un tempo eccessivo. Io ho risolto comprando due cassaforti, e mettendo le chiavi ciascuna nella cassaforte non corrispondente (spero sia chiaro). In questo modo basta aprire una cassaforte per poter aprire anche l'altra. La probabilità di un incidente che le blocchi entrambe è trascurabile. Ed ho il doppio dello spazio! Discorso a parte merita il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Una cassaforte come questa, ma senza il timer, si trova su amazon attorno ai cinquanta euro. Quindi gli altri centocinquanta euro sono esclusivamente per il timer. Ne vale la pena? Per me si, ampiamente! Il prodotto risponde perfettamente alle mie esigenze, ed anche se è vero che con le mie competenze in informatica ed elettronica il timer avrei potuto aggiungerlo da solo, ci avrei dovuto lavorare sopra parecchi mesi, ed alla fine avrei comunque avuto un prodotto non altrettanto ben rifinito. In definitiva, si paga per aver accesso ad un prodotto di nicchia, che nessun altro produce (a parte un signore in america: sono due, quindi, in tutto il mondo occidentale!). Menzione speciale va fatta per l'assistenza. Avevo un problema tecnico, ed era ormai sera (attorno alle dieci, se non ricordo male); quindi sono andato sul sito web del prodotto e, incredibilmente, ho trovato la chat ancora attiva, risolvendo così il problema in pochi minuti. Magari sarà stata solo una combinazione fortunata, ma ho voluto segnalarla per completezza di informazione.
