I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

Another Amazon Prime saving with this pair, I now use these shoe inserts in all my shoes and trainers, the support I get makes my life so much easier walking. They are an excellent product that gives firm support and pain free walking.

Review for the Blue Superfeet insoles - Initially I thought these were good but I have developed back problems since using them. These insoles are made of hard material and force you to create a bigger arch than you probably already have which was the case for me. Of course there is a chance these will fit you perfectly. However, I began to develop a pain underneath the arch of my foot after 10 days and a week later I started to develop lower back pain. These Superfeet insoles push your heal up about 1cm which in doing so tips you forwards which you then find you adjust for in your back by bending very slightly backwards. This slight movement backwards then crushes the bottom of your spine very slightly leading to what feels like a pinched or tight lower back and pain. For what they are and the pain they have brought me they are expensive. I would definitely not recommend them but would instead suggest spending the money and time finding shoes that are well made and fit properly. This is I feel an expensive painful solution to ill fitting shoes that is better fixed by buying a soft supportive insole that does not compromise the shape of your foot.

These are the most comfortable insoles that I’ve ever used. They’re a bit on the expensive side but worth the money. The insole comes in a large size and has to be cut to size, this can be a bit awkward if you can’t get the original shoe insole out. It would have been good if they had a cutting pattern for different shoe sizes.

These insoles are very comfortable for me as I have been wearing them for many years.They really can help the whole body but they take some getting used to. With persistent wear they help correct how one stands, walks, even feels in the body. My chiropractor advised me to get them years ago & I've been wearing them now for 10 years. I wouldn't be without them now

I’ve been wearing these Superfeet insoles for about two weeks now, and I’m very impressed. I was dealing with pain in the ball of my foot (the pad underneath my foot), especially after being on my feet for long periods. Since using these insoles, the discomfort has improved significantly. They were easy to fit into my shoes, feel supportive without being too rigid, and are comfortable enough for all-day wear. They’re definitely not the cheapest insoles out there, but in my opinion, they’re worth every penny if you’re looking for quality support and relief from foot pain. I’m so happy with the results that I’m already planning to pick up another pair during Prime Day. If you’re on the fence because of the price, I’d say give them a try—they’ve made a noticeable difference for me.
