Very rare to find supplements that work as they should. This works exactly as it should. Frequent urination is gone and knock out sleep.

I've been using this Saw Palmetto PM everyday for about 7 months now, and it has helped specifically reduce my frequent trips to the bathroom to pee at night. I have been sleeping better (partly because of the melatonin), and I have to go less often. In the morning, I drive 1/2 hour to work and almost everyday I would have to go SO bad by the time I got to work even after going right before leaving the house. Now, I consistently do not have the urge to go on my way to work, and I'm also pleased with that. I will keep using this product for much time to come.

May have helped me sleep but definitely caused me to dream a lot. Only took them for 3 nights and then had to get a full night sleep. Assuming they help the prostrate.

I'm only 47 and, for about two years, I've felt like I had to urinate much more frequently and I usually only urinate a relatively small amount. After the first few months of this, I had a urinary tract infection so I was given antibiotics that cleared it up. My doctor then sent me to see a urologist and I was put through the TRULY AWFUL cystoscopy examination only to be told that everything looked good. The only thing he noticed was a slight enlargement of my prostate (from the initial prostate examination which, by the way, is also awful). So I've been living with the frequent urges to urinate and waking up at night to urinate for about 2 years. Until now. I've been taking these Saw Palmetto supplements and, holy hell! They actually work. I urinate MUCH more when I go to the bathroom and I don't have the annoying frequent urges any more. I'm also not waking up at night to pee! There's another benefit that I've noticed - the firt time I experienced a climax after taking them for a week or so was likely the most extreme climax I've ever experienced. I'm not making this up - I swear I've never felt anything like it. And it wasn't just that one time...
