OP/TECH 2701252 E-Z Comfort Strap for Camera/Binoculars - Black

Used for a Nikon DSLR camera to replace the original Nikon strap for something a little more discreet. Fits perfectly and the wider neck area really helps with comfort. My camera and lens set up is about 1kg usually and I haven't had any structural issues at all. In fact it feels reassuringly made but still very comfortable. The only downside is that the foam neck area isn't very flexible so you can't fold it into a tiny camera bag. I tend to sort of loop it spread out around the inside of my camera bag with the camera in the middle. This is only a tiny issue though - I'd much rather put up with this and have the extra firmness and comfort of the foam area. It's worth it. Surprisingly well made and glad I got it.

The webbing which goes through the camera loops is good quality, but I'm not really taken by the use of neoprene for the shoulder bit. Yes, it's slightly stretchy, and this together with the moderate width reduces the cutting effect due to the weight of whatever you have attached to the strap. But it's only moderately wide, and the lack of any anti-slip product on either side means the strap is slightly slippery over a jacket or any sheer fabric (not so bad with knitwear). It's frustrating, because you're back to the old scenario of constantly needing to use your other, free hand to at least check that the strap isn't about to slide off (because it will!). I'll be continuing my search for a better, more convincing strap.

Very good, flexible, stretchy neckband and conventional strap ends to go round the cleats of my binoculars which then hung comfortably around my neck and dangled upon my chest. Very light but strong for all that. The packaging was about the size of a DVD or small thin paperback that would go through the letterbox easily. At ten quid seems a good investment. I wonder if the same company makes a case for cameras/binoculars? I'd probably buy from them if they did.

I got this strap to carry my binoculars in their case while out stargazing. They are 15x70 mm and quite heavy, about 2 kg. The Op/tech strap spreads the load very well, and carries the case at waist-level at maximum length. The strap looks and feels well finished, especially at the reasonable price it was retailing at. I've got a few Op/tech straps fitted to various cameras and this is another good product. Recommended.

I bought my first Op/Tech strap many years ago and I still use it now on my Nikon D300. I bought this one recently for my second camera (Nikon D5100) and have also bought a similar one for my binoculars. These straps are well made, strong and very comfortable to wear. They have an element of elasticity, and this seems to make the cameras weigh a lot less than they actually are. Much better than the manufacturer's supplied straps. Another good feature is that the main part can be unclipped easily leaving the two short connectors, which can then be clipped together... Ideal for when I'm carrying around the camera with a large lens mounted on my tripod. Buy one, you won't regret it!

This is a definite improvement over the very thin strap I got with my Olympus 8x40 binoculars. It's basically just a strip of foam, no fancy finished edges or anything, but it sits a lot more comfortably round your neck than a thin, cheap strap, and the price is bearable. You might not want to pay more after buying your binoculars or camera, but you'll probably come to the same conclusion as me that the original strap isn't worth having, and would in fact be uncomfortable. This relatively cheap strap solves that problem.

The fabric and stitching on this strap seem robust, but let down by a fairly flimsy piece of neoprene in the middle. Not sure I would trust it completely for anything weighty and expensive like binoculars or a camera. But then, it is cheap.

A well presented product that fully meets its description. Potential buyers might like to take into account the rather bulky nature of the shoulder pad. It is very effective in making the attached equipment more comfortable to carry but is relatively large and certainly won't fit inside a typical binocular case/bag. It does offer genuine benefits in the field and can be recommended .

Sehr guter Neoprengurt. Einfaches Design, aber von einem sehr guten Hersteller. Und vor allem ohne riesiges Logo eines Kameraherstellers. Wirkt sehr gut verarbeitet, alles ist gut vernäht. Preiswert war er zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs auch noch. Daher absolut empfehlenswert.

RAS, qualité top.

A me il prodotto piace molto, è morbido, solido e poco vistoso. L'ho preso per sostituire la tracolla Nikon che è molto evidente. Lo ricomprerei senza dubbio
