Yes, I think tiny baby clothes would fit this Teddy Bear. Beautiful Teddy Bear, the image doesn't do it justice, in my opinion.

are the legs and arms jointed or floppy?

They are floppy and rather thin. The whole bear is smaller than I expected and very soft - but my little 17month old granddaughter loves it!
