I have 4 sets (8 lights) of these lights is there a way to connect them so it’s one on/off switch instead of installing 4 switches??

You will need to tie in a relay after the switch and a junction block off of the relay to all your lights. The relay will keep the load(amps) of the lights away from the switch.

I just bought the rigid Flood beam version so Which is better, install it to the roof rack or the bumper?

100% agree that flood light will reflect off your hood. Best off in front of vehicle. Spot lights on Top roof or A pillar-No glare are very little.

A 40 amp relay harness would be saft to wore 4 pods?

Yes, plenty. Each pod is only around 2 amps. So four of them would be around 8 amps. Making a 40 amp harness overkill but fine. Even a 20 or 15 amp would be plenty. I'm currently running a pair of them on a 5 amp fuse.
