Smart. Produces toast.
I like the colour and design of this toaster. Despite many negative reviews on its speed of toasting I was very happy with its performance as I come from an era when everything was not expected to be accomplished yesterday. Smart and well made. Good value for money.

Happy with this toaster
Love the colour and design. All feels nice quality. Quite a gentle toaster and like others have said, it leaves a small bit untoasted at the top (though you can fit a whole piece of sliced bread in sideways), which is why 4 stars. I know this would annoy some people so it's worth knowing, but it doesn't bother me. It toasts everything to my satisfaction and I think it is pretty. I take ages to buy things and I have no regrets on this choice.

Nice color but that’s about it
This was lovely toster in terms of the colour but lasted barely a year. Thankfully I registered the warranty and tower replaced mine but with another colour. Very small compartment for the toast. You won’t be able to put any sourdough in it just small basic toast. I got matching kettle to. They made of plastic. Not great quality. Don’t expect it to last.

Knobs design look like a joke.
Perfectly matching ninja's plastic colour. Absolutely ridiculous knob colour/material choice. I wish they were interchangeable... Unpleasant burned plastic smell on the first use.

We need a replacement.
So sorry this toaster doesn’t fit into the power point.
