Prepare to be amazed!
I bought this on a whim during a lightning deal, having hankered after a projector but not wanting to spend >£400 on something I wasn't sure we'd use that much. I must admit I wasn't expecting much from a projector of this price, but figured I'd give it a go. I am absolutely blown away with the quality this thing is capable of given the right conditions. It's probably not as versatile as those £4-500 projectors and you may not get much use out of it in bright light, but dim the lights, set the right settings on the projector and project onto the right screen and you will be amazed. The projector is allegedly rated at 3200 lumens, but realistically it is nowhere near this, so don't expect to be able to use it in bright light - you will need to dim the lights to really enjoy it. I haven't seen any LED projector reach much more than 1500 lumens, so I don't blame the product, although the specs are a little over-generous. In terms of a screen, I strongly recommend the grey blackout blinds sold by a certain Swedish furniture retailer. It sounds weird projecting onto grey not white, but believe me, it cuts down on extraneous light and boosts the apparent contrast no end - you can actually get really nice blacks with this combination. The projector itself is fairly plasticy but it offers great specs for the money. The real resolution is HD Ready, rather than Full HD, but with a projector I don't think it really matters too much and I have been very happily streaming Amazon Prime 720P at almost 2m wide with a Fire Stick plugged into one of the 2 HDMI ports. There are 2 USB ports on the unit so you can easily power a streaming stick without any need for external power. There is also an audio out jack which I have plugged in to my stereo for cinema sound. The menus are very easy to navigate and I think I've found my perfect balance of settings in terms of brighness, contrast, colour etc. I've mounted it to the ceiling using a cheap bracket off ebay and honestly couldn't be happier. I think we may be using the projector a lot more than I originally planned! Thankfully it has an LED bulb so I don't have to worry about it blowing (probably ever). It's a little loud at first, but once you forget about that and listen to your film, you won't find it intrusive. They recommend putting it 1m away and that really does help. If you mount it on the ceiling you probably won't notice. Overall, a really nice little unit that I strongly recommend for film nights, but it certainly won't replace your TV (unless you live in the dark). Give it a nice grey screen and you will be amazed at the quality it can give you.

Absolutely Superb Native HD projector
I wanted to upgrade from my previous (bedroom) projector, which was a native 480p to a native 720P projector. I checked out several projectors before coming across this ArtLII HD Projector. The product came the next day extremely well packaged and items smartly packed within. Setting this up took no time at all. I had a tripod for my old projector but this projector doesn’t have a tripod attachment (which is fair enough given the Projector is bigger than my previous one) – so I purchased a tripod plate which overcomes this issue and enables the projector to be sat on nicely. The Picture is excellent – I am amazed by the clarity (I get about 80 inches projection size and the distance from my wall to is almost 3m). It’s a fantastic projector for the price and to get this quality in other established brands you would be spending at least £800. All in all I would highly recommend this projector, it has multiple HDMI and USB inputs, is easy to use and the picture quality is bright and excellent – you can adjust the picture to your preference (i.e. saturation/lightness etc). The focus and Keystone all work as required although I would suggest having this Projector as level as possible to ensure premium picture quality. This ArtlII projector was reviewed by Chigztech on YouTube – and it is on the back of this that I decided to purchase this projector as the review was excellent.

Great Value Projector and quickly delivered too!
This is the first projector I have ever owned, so I cannot compare it to other models out there. But I was very impressed with the quality of this projector for the price. Its very bright and is obviously best in a completely dark room, but it is also very watchable in a dimly lit room as well. I use this projector in my bedroom and have a screen size of around 80 inches. The picture quality and build quality are excellent on this model. I also think its one of the better looking projectors around. The fan does make a noise but its not too bad. I have watched many reviews on YouTube of these 720p projectors and it is rated as one of the quieter models available. This model also has a zoom feature included, so the picture size can be adjusted without having to move the projector closer or further from the wall, but confusingly the feature is call "FOCUS" in the menu. So look out for it when you are setting up the projector. I have a chromecast plugged into the HDMI port on my one, and it lets me cast youtube and netflix to it with no problems at all. I will be adding a Android TV box to it soon. I will update this review if there are any problems with the TV box but I am sure it will work OK.

Surprisingly Amazing!
I am very happy with this projector and was a bit hesitant at first. After reading the reviews I felt a bit more confident and decided to purchase it. I really didn’t want to spend too much money and for the price and features it had I thought it would be worth it. The item came in good time as promised and was intact presented well in a packaging. When opened it was assembled well with a top cover for protection, and all accessories such as wires, remotes in a small box. The actual unit itself was wrapped in protective sheet and looked in excellent condition. I removed everything and was very user-friendly assembling it. I decided to try this in the afternoon with curtains closed but still some light seeping in. The quality was decent and better then anticipated. (In evening, and when dark the quality is amazing) The fan noise is minimal the speakers built in are of satisfactory quality. It has an aux cord so will attach my speakers to the device. As you can see from the pictures its packed well, looks good and performs well. For the price you can’t really go wrong, and you also have a 3-year guarantee. The customer service is also good and very responsive, I asked some questions and they responded within a day with the answers. Im using my PS4, amazon box and watching TV and hasn’t been no issue. I tried to play fifa and there is no delay when pressing buttons. It’s very good device and will recommend this!!!

Really good for the price
Easy to use - image is really good for a 150£ projector - A little bit noisy however fan can be changed for a PC one. Overall the projector is a go to

Excellent item
Brilliant item and Excellent seller. It’s been good fun watching movies projected onto the living room wall, it’s just like being at the cinema. We have filled a wall 12 foot by 8 foot quite easily and the picture is very clear. Sound quality is good and plenty of volume. I’ve plugged our Amazon Firestick into one of the hdmi ports and used one of the USB ports to power it, and it works flawlessly. It will be perfect for summer garden movies.

You get what you pay for...
I used this projector for 4 hrs and decided to return it, it's cheap and you get what you pay for, it does work, it is bright (almost too bright), but brightness does not necessarily mean quality. Here are the reasons for the return: 1: Focus is poor, I could never get the whole image in proper focus, i suspect this is due to a very low quality lense + crude manual focus system 2: Contrast is poor, whites are way too bright and blacks are washed out like an LED TV from years ago 3: Colours are very poor, especially skin tones, they have no warmth and everything looks washed out and undersaturated 4: Fan is noisy enough to be distracting unless you play loud through a hifi system to drown it out. On the positive side, if you want a cheap projector for messing about with and playing games on, you could get away with this, but I can't help feeling that after the initial novelty wears off, you will start to become more aware of its obvious lack of quality and it will soon become redundant and have you wishing you had spent more on a 'proper' projector. For films, this just doesn't cut it, it's so poor in terms of colour balance etc, watching films is just not up to scratch. I also have an old Epson EB-S6 and although its only 800x600 and way less bright, its clearly obvious it is far better quality, focus is spot on, skin tones look natural, yes it lacks contrast but its not designed for movies. However, I'd rather watch a film on it than the Artlii because it's still chalk and cheese! I would say that projectors are really designed for a completely dark room with black walls all round, any ambient light will affect contrast and black levels, but the Artlii is so bright it creates way too much amient light in itself for my liking, its also severely flawed in all other areas, but for £160 I guess thats about what you would expect. Back to my trusty Pioneer Plasma until I can afford to buy something decent.

Great projector for the money.
I've never written a review on amazon before, but here goes anyway: I'm the sort of person that has to have the absolute best product for the money that I have to spend, so you can be sure that I spent hours and hours reading about the different options available, watching YouTube videos reviewing all the different products etc. In the end, i ended up with the opinion that this projector would be the best bet. Luckily, I wasn't disappointed. Opened up the box, plunged it in, plugged my Xbox one into one of the two HDMI ports, fiddled with the zoom and keystone correction, and projected onto a a relatively small 60" screen. I am very impressed with the brightness, even with the lights on. The depth of colours is excellent, I see no lag whatsoever when playing games, so my son obviously loves it. Going to try a 100" screen next, maybe also a larger one too. I've added some pictures and a video that don't really do it justice, but I've included them anyway.. The setup in the pics is just temporary ATM as I'm moving house,,, the perfect time to setup perfectly, maybe attach to the ceiling.. I can also output my sons nexus 7 with the correct slimport lead, which works great too.. Personally, I would have expected to pay around £500 for a projector like this, so overall, very pleased, you won't be disappointed. Also, I've read about people saying the fan is loud, but tbh, its not loud at all and doesn't take away any of the enjoyment of using the projector., so very pleased,,, excellent.
