Will this work with Tektro hydraulic brakes

This should only be used in hydraulic brakes which use DOT fluid, not mineral oil. They are incompatible and if mixed, or the wrong fluid is used, will degrade the seals. Check the manufacturer to see which fluid should be used for which brake system. I believe Tektro Hydraulic brakes use mineral oil.
