Does the rim of the case stick out enough to protect the screen?

The rim sticks out a little bit and protects the screen. Even though we have second glass screen sticker on the display, when you put phone with the display side to the table - screen doesn't touch the table. So i think the rim protects the screen well enough.

I have one of those qi receivers attached to my iphone se, it doesn't work great with the spigen case i have. will this fit a qi receiver better?
