I have a Jackory power generator. Is this solar panel compatible with it. Does it have same plug to hook up?

It’s MC4 connector which is typical but look up your specs for connector type AND input voltage requires. I have a different battery type but it needs 40v input to work which means I need two panels in series for it to start charging.

How many panels can be connected together?

You could connect any number in series or parallel. In series, since my system can take a max around 80V and these panels are probably around 20V each, I could connect 4.

How small (or big) roll can I do with this flexible panel?

Can not roll the panel. It is not flexible like that.

Does this come with the Velcro, mentioned as a possible adhesive?

It doesn't come with velcro but it has eye lids to screw it down.
