It's an on/off switch. Whatever is connected to the switch will function the same as with a standard switch.

(Tapo S200D) includes both button and wall mounting?

It includes the button and the "face plate" or "flat plate" that it should sit on - which you can see in the images. It does not include the back box (that is recessed into a wall/surface) or pattress box (that sits on a wall/surface) that the face plate is screwed to.
