I was skeptical. I have a child who is super picky and we have wasted money on ALL the name brands. She couldn't even tell they were in the water! She now knows and asks every day for her stuff!! My husband also recently started taking these, every day. He works in the AZ heat and it has made a huge difference. He's not having an energy crash on the afternoons and not isn't getting headaches as often or severe. These are now our go to!

I really like these products. They look nasty (they are very dark in color) but they don't really taste like anything. I just fill the cap and "shoot it" and it tastes fine. The AZ heat drains you and sometimes I need a little extra minerals and electrolytes and this does the trick. Highly recommend.

The best minerals that I have taken. I’ve been taking them for about 5 years. I’m 85 and I fell off a table and broke a femur. The surgeon commented on how hard my bones were. I was up and walking in 3 days. I broke it about 10 miles from my home and had to drive home. Ya need only one leg to drive.

These BEAM products are awesome but they ARE expensive! Have they been life changing?? For me personally, “No, not really.” So far I haven’t noticed a huge change in how I feel physically but mentally I feel better knowing I’m supplementing something I know I’m not getting in my diet. If that makes any sense. They really do just taste like water. Funky water yes, but they go down very easy. That is a huge plus for me! I definitely recommend them if you can afford them! =)

Seems to work well for me. The only thing that I don’t like are that the fluid is in a plastic bottle. Would be healthier in glass. No micro plastics then

Per my doctor's orders I recently stopped taking my BEAM electrolytes and minerals for a few days. It was evident immediately how much they help keep me hydrated and balanced. I am a strong believer in the benefits of these products. I also use the BEAM capsules when I travel (for ease), and they also work extremely well!

These products were recommended by a health coach. I bought. Tastes like water. It's troubling to me that nutritional info is not shown on the labels, and I couldn't find it on their website. Because Beam doesn't easily share nutritional info leads me to believe they much not be great. I'll consume these but won't be buying again. I also think products like this should be bottled in glass, not plastic.

This is super easy to incorporate into my day. I just add it to my water first thing in the morning. I have tried other electrolyte powders, and this is the only one that helped me get through Pilates with zero cramping, especially during longer sessions when I am moving the entire time. There is no noticeable flavor, and both liquids mix in easily. I was relieved to finish workouts without the leg or foot cramps I often get during or after class.
