I've been using this cell phone lock box for a few months now, and it's a game changer! I've always been very easy to get distracted so my screen time was always a big number. I have ADHD-PI and find studying difficult as it is, but with my phone nearby it renders many of my study sessions unproductive. It's pricey but it works extremely well, plus it fits my iPhone 13 Pro Max WITH its case (a hard, clear one). It's easy to set up and it comes with instructions. It's been extremely effective and I can't complain at all. Battery seems to last a long time too. Just press the side 'open' button twice to open it, as it doesn't tend to open on one press.

Note 10+ fit after removing its case that had a popsocket on it. It's simply to use after reading the instruction manual. It's cool how pressing the button has the door open by itself! Has a little beep sounds to let you know when it's unlockable. Before this I always used my phone until something crazy like 3/4 am to Binge watch. No I lock it up and fall asleep at 1230 or earlier. This thing actually changed my life.

I can’t live without this locking case now! I am easily able to set blocks in my day where my phone is absolutely off limits. I haven’t needed to use to, but I do really like that I can get to my screen enough to make an emergency call if needed. I still wear my Apple Watch, but keep it in so not disturb, so if I’m expecting an important call I can answer to on my headphones and my phone can stay locked up. It works really well for me! I’ve been using this for about 5-6 months now and it’s continued to function perfectly. It seems durable , the timer works well, it holds a charge for a long time and it’s easy to use. I 100% recommend this for anyone struggling to stay away from their phone!
