Are these good for laminate flooring?

no good for laminate flooring these are good for glass in double glaze windows and packers for kitchen units to pack off walls etc

Can these be used to level a 450L fish aquarium + cabinet

Hi. These are very hard, rigid plastic flat packers designed to withstand a lot of weight. We use them to pack some heavy aluminium frames. The answer is not clear because nowhere does it specify a “maximum weight”, however, I would say these packers are trustable.

Can they be glued and stacked?

If you are just stacking two of them then put them ridged sides together and the ridges stop any sliding so don't need to be glued. If you want more than that it might be fiddly as the bottom of the packers are not solid so you would have to glue around the edges and stick them back to back. You could not glue the flat back to the ridged top.
