I started using this product as a pre-workout supplement and it works brilliantly. Give me an instant energy boost that gives me that edge during my workout. It mixes easily and tastes delicious. I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants that extra boost for a training session

Good energy without the itch, also tastes really good

A decent product, tastes good and mixes well with water a bit on the expensive side but that's O.N products in general. My only complaint is that like lots of pre work out drinks they dont live up to the hype and never deliver the kick. This maybe a personal issue rather than a product issue

To start I’ve had many upon many ore workouts over 20 years now. So my body has defiantly built up a tolerance to caffeine so I can’t comment on that part of the pre-workout. • flavour not bad acceptable let’s say. • mixes very well • good value for money • no performance boost • basically all it is amino’s with creatine. Ok if you want to get a placebo affect but haven’t seen much results from it.

A solid pre-workout, but I actually use this more while working than in the gym. It gives a different kind of focus compared to coffee—more steady and controlled without feeling too jittery. It’s been really useful on long workdays when you need a bit of a boost. The flavour is good, although it does have a slightly chemical smell and taste at first. After a couple of uses, though, you get used to it and it becomes quite a pleasant drink. You can also adjust the amount of water depending on how strong you want it, which is handy. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for something different to coffee for energy and focus throughout the day.

I take this prior to going to the gym for a workout and it definitely increases my energy levels for a 2 hour session. After 2 hours training very hard I feel as if I could continue for another hour. Highly recommended. I mix two scoops with the recommended amount of water and drink it down quickly, 30mins before I start training.

Doesn’t have the best flavour and gives me jitters and a stomach ache. I stopped using it after three times because the side affects hindered my workout a bit too much.

Effettivamente percepisco un "brain boost" dopo l'assunzione, e l'effetto è più duraturo rispetto a quello di un semplice caffè. Non posso dare alcuna valutazione sui benefici in palestra, ma suppongo con ragionevole certezza che aiuti. Quindi per me è un prodotto valido che consiglio e continuerà ad acquistare. L'importante è che il prezzo non salga. Al momento, fatti i calcoli, ogni assunzione costa circa come una tazzina di caffè in città.

À ma plus grande surprise c'est très efficace.
