Great product, phones just what I wanted. However I paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. Delivered a day late.

I like the look of this phone, but it has been a nightmare to set up. The answer machine bit is actually controlled by pressing a few buttons on the handset. The instructions are a bit weird. Instead of words, there are numerous symbols. Please press the buttons to make sure you have it right. The screen is not easy to read either .Quality and longevity questionable. They did look nice and modern. The functionality of this for older people is almost zero. We cannot fathom how to make it ring more than twice before going to the answering machine, which we cannot fathom at all either. My husband was an engineering manager, and he always reads instructions but this was frustrating and not at all easy to follow.

Hard work!
Very difficult for Openreach to connect; it took 2 visits to my home & 2 or 3 back to their connection "junction boxes", (whatever they're called?) Phones not easy to set up (except date & time) and I still don't know if I have any new messages when I return home. The very meagre instructions are in tiny print in a tiny booklet, so have had to download full-size booklet and a fortnight later I'm still working through it.

Doesn't work
Handset 2 has stopped working, I installed both handsets on Sunday 15th February, 26. Today Wednesday the 18th February, handset 2 stopped working whilst I was dialling out. The cradle is plugged in, the batteries are in correctly, I have unplugged the cradle and plugged it in elsewhere in case it was the socket, but it still isn't working the screen is blank and there is no dial tone. Please advise what I should do. I'm not happy with this as I rely on the land line for dialing out to my clients.

Really nice phones
Phones really lovely, but instructions could be better,just arrows to show which way to go, quite useless to me. a booklet with proper instructions would be more helpful.
