Is this foundation anything like bourjois city radiance medium coverage foundation?

i used to use city radiance but much prefer 123. I think it has a better coverage without looking heavy,( I also used Nars longlasting foundation but can’t tell much difference with coverage and finish to the Bourjois 123). The price is great as well.
