Magnesium Cream

Finally an effective muscle rub that doesn’t kill you with the smell! I routinely use this gem of a product on my achey, restless legs at night, my neck and shoulders, and back. I typically get relief within minutes, and that relief lasts a long time.

I love this magnesium cream. I rub it on my abdomen and hip bones for menstrual cramps, and around my neck for tension headaches. It has all but eliminated my need for ibuprofen. The bottle this size lasts me about a month with nightly use. It’s non greasy and dries in well. If you’ve used topical magnesium before you know it itches at first. This isn’t terrible and with regular use the itching goes away. I use it nightly. I like that it comes in a pot style container so I don’t waste any. I opted for the unscented and appreciate minimal ingredients. I swear by this stuff for natural tension and pain relief. I have it on subscription for extra savings and monthly delivery.

It’s not magic and doesn’t relieve all pain but it has provided a lot of comfort for my mother who is in a nursing home and has neuropathy.

This cream is GREAT!! I’ve been having trouble sleeping through the night for years. I started putting this cream on the soles of my feet before bed and now I sleep like a baby! 😊

This magnesium cream is amazing. For the last year I’ve been using another brand I bought in a lavender store while on vacation. I loved it, but couldn’t find it online when I ran out. I wanted a cream with high magnesium content. After much research, and reading label, I decided to order this cream. Last night was the first night I applied it to the bottom of my feet before bed. Usually I wake up every two to two and a half hours every night, then fall asleep about half an hour later. I usually do that three times a night. Sleeping a total of 8 hours in two hour increments. But not last night. I sleep a full 6 hours without waking up. I had to check two other clocks to make sure the time was correct because I didn’t believe I slept that long. The cream smells wonderful, but not too strong that my husband complains when I apply it. The cream absorbs quickly without a greasy feeling. It actually feels like a high end hand cream. I apply about half a teaspoon to the palm of my hands. Rub my hand together for about 15 seconds, then inhale the lavender fragrance for a few seconds by breathing deeply through my noise with my hands to my face. Then I apply to the cream bottom of my feet, rubbing it in. About half an hour later I drifted off the dream land.

I’m not a fan of this product. Upon opening it, it smells like play-doh, the cream is SUPER thick and takes forever to soak into your skin. I will say though, once it does finally soak in, it makes your skin smooth, but it just isn’t worth it to me. I’m personally a very tactile person, so the feel of things are extremely important to me. I have yet to notice if actually works for muscle aches, which is what I bought it for.

This stuff really works on sore muscles. I love it and I have bought more and will buy more.

I've only been using this for a short time -- so far so good. We'll see how it goes. It's better (so far) than the product I was using. It's a little greasy, but not unbearably. Good moisturizer. Unscented which is important to me. I just bought their spray oil.

I have magnesium chloride in spray and wanted a cream product. I bought this for its ingredients and it works just as well. I like that it has shea butter in it. When I am in a hurray I use the cream on my feet and lower back where the pain is. If I have time, then I use the spray product. I have recommended this to friends and let them know this is USA made and I get it from Amazon. I will continue to buy this as I run out. I use this after I shower in the AM, works fast for me. It allows me to walk the dogs again and last all day. I believe it is helping me have longer deeper sleeps too.

Very easy to apply, I had rash on my skin and it cleared it up quickly

Works good for restless legs while I was pregnant. Also for sore muscles. It feels a bit thick and a bit grainy.
