Best all round kitchen knife ever
Very comfortable to use, nice and light in hand, cuts well, easy to control, stays sharp. A great value, brilliant all rounder for slicing, dicing, chopping and spreading. The 15 year guarantee is fully honoured by the manufacturer if you are unfortunate enough to need to - the first one of these we ever bought had the blade snap after about 6 or 7 years of appropriate but very, very frequent use - was replaced quickly, without fuss, after contacting Kitchen Devil / Fiskars customer care.
