The ring I ordered was too small. It was a really lovely ring though, so was disappointed It didn’t fit on thumb. I contacted the sellers asking for refund. They were very quick to respond and offered all options eg exchange for bigger ring or full refund. I went for the refund option and they very kindly then said i could keep the ring and give to someone else who may benefit from it whilst still giving me a full refund. It’s a lovely ring and I shall pass it to someone I know you has smaller fingers and who has arthritis.

Well packaged, safe delivery. As described. Used guides and a good fit. Too soon to say if magnets make a difference. Second purchase, already bought one for my husband. Wish they made a bigger size - my husband made his fit by stretching.

Very comfortable to wear and the sizing guide was good.

Looks very good just a shame too small

The ring somewhat caused me headache day in and day out, I had to remove it to check if the magnets are the cause, and to my surprise it was! Im not trying to degrade the value of it, as I could be 1 in a million experienced this.

Have problems with thumbs. Eases pain so bought a second one. Obviously not going to heal totally but I find it helps.

This is lovely quality but going to be returning as my husband feels it pinches

I ordered this magnetic ring ages ago misplaced it and found it months later. Anyway not convinced the tiny little magnets actually do anything to help pain. Which is why I tried it. No easing of pain at all. Also so hard to adjust the fit,not easy to resize to your finger. Doesn't shape well,once you have bent it onto your finger. This is a family run business from,I believe America. But it's clearly evident the products are from China. And we all know about their products being made cheaply and sold for inflated nark ups,for max profit. Such a shame a 'family run' business just buys cheap products from China,and sells on from its business by the look of things. Too much is placed on use of naggers,I'm mot sure they work at all,or do anything.
