I know K&N is great quality stuff, but is the extra cost worth it compared to a $8 FRAM filter?

In my climate I changed air filters twice a year. (2 X$8=$16 per year) I will keep my Camry for 10 years (10 years X $16 = $160). The K & N filter was about $50. The recharge spay costs $12 but I get 4 years of refills cleaning the filter twice a year. (2.5 refill per 10 years = $36) Total for K & N for 10 years = $86. Plus my highway mileage with no A/C on with my 4 cylinder Camry went from 28 mpg to 32 mpg with the new filter.

I have a 2015 ford f150 eco boost xlt 3.5 I beleve will fit does it come with a lube to oil it first?

It will fit your engine. Should come pre-oiled. I enjoyed increased mileage after I installed mine. Take care.
