I researched this product, and there definitely are pros and cons, so it's important to do as much reading and research as you can, ahead of time. I find that 1/2 pill (the suggested dose is two pills) is helpful for energy, but even one pill perks me up a little too much. I wouldn't even want to find out how I react to two pills. Suggestibility could be a factor -- placebo turns out to be an extremely complex phenomenon. In any case, I'd suggest beginning slowly and cautiously with this product, until you know how you will react (if at all).

My memory is better and my mind more clear when I take this daily. After the first year, I stopped taking it for 6 weeks and there was a noticeable reduction in my memory and clarity. I started it again have been taking it for years.

I have been taking Juvenon daily for a decade. I notice an immediate increase in energy when I first started to use Juvenon. Perhaps now I don't feel the same lift but I do believe it is necessary to keep taking Juvenon daily for my mitochondria health.
