Well made and sharp!

A great knife set. Short and holds an edge!

Any one of these alone was worth the cost at the Prime Day special price, so all together they're an incredibly great buy! I bought a set of two Henckels paring knives (one of which is in this set) years ago that have been very good for my wife and me, so when I saw these recently, after my sister complained in an email about her old, dull knives, I bought them for her and she's absolutely tickled spitless! She could not be more pleased, and her adult son that lives at home and does much of the cooking feels the same. I know the paring knives my wife and I bought have been excellent, staying extremely sharp with basic care and honing, so if even one of the others is as nice, what a bargain! I already have a number of great knives or I'd have scarfed these up for myself. With basic care, they should last for decades. I'm very happy my sister and newphew love them. From her (and he) through me, recommended. ;-)

The knives are incredibly sharp and cut through everything with ease. Performance-wise, I am very satisfied. However, they arrived with some mysterious stains/spots on the blades right out of the box. Since they work so well, I decided to keep them, but I expected better quality control for a new product.

Great knives.

Purchased these to replace my old Henckels. Why oh why did I struggle with my old set for years. Couldn’t even slice a hard boiled egg with them they were so dull! I couldn’t wait to wash them and start using them. They are lighter in weight than my old set. But I actually like the weight of them better. They are razor sharp so be careful! They sliced right through a tomato like butter. Made a quick job of carving a rotisserie chicken very thin slices to use for sandwiches. I do believe I might enjoy preparing meals again! Go for it!

Cheap copy. Too light, bad finish. Nothing compared to the german made.
