How many portions can the 4L make? Can I easily make 4 portions in it?

Our cooker does not have a separator for making portions but you can, I believe, obtain a model that does have one. The Fissler is a fantastic model and very adaptable to any home applications. We are delighted with ours.

Fissler vitaquickExtract from the manual:Always wash the pressure cooker after you have used it* Remove the silicone gasket from the lid and wash it by hand* Rinse the control valve unit under running water or remove and clean if necessary* Remove the lid handle and rinse under running water* The pot, lid (without the silicon gasket, control valve unit, and lid handle), and insets can also be placed in the dishwasher.

Hello i bought a vitaquick pressure cooker 4,5lt. the lit is moving when i close and lock it. i'm a little worried and haven't used it. is it normal?

Not sure, but in order to check, remove lid and take out the pressure ring. Clean ring thoroughly with warm soapy water and then do same with lid so there is no food residue on either. Relocate ring into lid and use. Cook as normal and observe function of pan and hopefully it will settle down. If not consider a new pressure ring. Tip, do not overfill your pan. Hope this helps. I have had mine for several years and no problems and still original pressure ring.

Does the handle remove off both the pot and the lid?

The Handle is attached to the lid and is integral part of the system. Only three parts... Pot, lid and sealing ring.
