I’ve been using these HIGH5 ZERO electrolyte tablets mainly for hydration during workouts, long walks, and busy days at work, and they’ve been excellent so far. The mango flavour tastes refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial, which I really like compared to many sports drinks. What stood out most was how quickly they help with hydration and reducing that drained or sluggish feeling, especially after sweating, hot weather, or not drinking enough water. Since they’re sugar free and very low calorie, they feel much cleaner than typical energy drinks or sugary hydration products. The tablets dissolve quickly in water and don’t leave a gritty texture behind. I also like the convenience of carrying a tube around in a bag or car without taking much space. The added Vitamin C is a nice bonus too. Another thing I noticed is the balance between flavour, effectiveness, and convenience. They make plain water much easier to drink throughout the day, which naturally helps improve hydration overall. I suffer from a neurological disorder and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and anything I can do to help it is a massive win for me. I actually first used HIGH5 as part of my intermittent fasting routine between foods, but they are so effective I tend to use a couple a day, or more when it's hot or I've been on the sauce the previous night. In 750ml of water the taste is noticeable but gentle, a bit like those sparkling water with a hint of things that were more popular in the nineties. They definitely increase hydration and have an impact on my energy - it's noticeable enough for me to have a constant stock in the house. They dissolve well. I usually drop one into a water bottle and shake it about a bit. Definitely a life saver in the recent heatwave.

This tastes nice in a regular glass of water (350ml) using half a tablet. When I used the full tablet in 750ml of water as per instruction, it tasted watery and lost the fruity mango flavour. So the extra 50ml is probably a matter of preference if you don't want to taste the sweetener. Works as intended, especially in the current hot weather. Energy replenished, no negative side effect. (Please bear in mind, I only drink half a tablet or a full tablet on a particularly dehydrating day. Definitely not every day.) And unlike a previous brand I used, there's no acidic odour. Unless you're very sensitive like me, you probably won't smell anything when this is diluted. There is a somewhat chalky texture at the bottom if you don't stir it, but it's not thick so I'm fine with it. I expected this from electrolyte tablets anyway.

Really refreshing flavour and one of the easier electrolyte drinks to keep using regularly without getting bored of it. The tablets dissolve quickly, taste smooth without being overly sweet, and are great for staying hydrated throughout the day. I’ve been using these regularly and they’re especially nice cold after exercise or during warmer weather. Overall, a refreshing and enjoyable flavour that works very well.
