Question 1

Can I use this in a pump action pressure sprayer? May have to make the fine mist rose more coarse. Just wondered if anyone had tried & result? 1 acre

I don’t think the nematodes will go through a sprayer Nozzle. They will just block it up. It evens blocks up a coarse watering can rose - I had to drill out the holes larger. Not sure what effect the pressure would have on them either - they are living organisms.

Question 2

Do you spray this on plants, during the day, or on the slugs/snails that you find at dusk?

What you do is add the powder to a bucket of water, put some of it in a watering can and fill it up with plain water ( actual rates of dilution are stated on packet). You then water the stuff over your garden using a rose on the spout of the can. It is best to do it on a cool day just before a bit of rain. If it's a hot sunny day the nematodes will just die.
They are absolutely minute. They live in the microscopic film of water that surrounds each soil particle. As slugs slither past the worms attach themselves and then devour the slug from the inside.
You mustn't let your garden dry out or they don't work. If you do it right though you will be slug free for ages.
The added bonus is that they do no harm to pets or other creatures.

Question 3

Will this work if I have a soil covered by weed membrane and slate chipping on the top?

I'm not sure that it would work for you.  I use it on the soil around plants and in my pots on the patio.  It certainly works there but my gut feeling is that you would need to put it into the soil or compost in your pots.

Question 4

Upon received the item through the post, It was smell really bad like dead animal smell. Is this normal or the product is not alive anymore?

Not exactly sure what you mean by 'bad', although 'dead animal bad' doesn't sound encouraging.  
The nematodes should look a little like sawdust, a bit lumped together is ok. 
But once the texture starts to look wet-lumpy or slimy-lumpy at all, i'd say the poor nematodes are perishing/have perished.
