Reverse squats!!!
I used this for the first time last night and I was very impressed. The fit was comfortable and easy to use. I had to put a barbell in some plates above my head to hold on to, to keep the cable from pulling me back.

Great quality straps
What you get is merely a strap in a bag, but it is a very high quality strap that should take a lot of strain. I attempted the reverse squat exercise in the garage, by attaching a resistance band (as I don't have a cable machine), and was surprised at its difficulty. I will keep at it, and see what benefits I notice.
