Does this interfere with wireless charging?

its Okay to use with your wireless charger and it works well on mine too ,

Does it come with protective film to go over plate and stop it scratching phone?

These are just a piece of steel that stick directly to the telephone non magnetic and this allows a magnet holder (purchased separately) to attach to the plate.

Can these be removed withoit damage to phone/phone case when changing to a new phone?

I found it hard to get off the phone case and it ruined the case so I just stick them on all the phone cases.

I don't see why not. I use it on my phone and have magnetic car mount. It works great
