Build quality appears good, extremely easy to set up and connect to the Epson App. No problems with connectivity, prints a lot faster and with more clarity than my older printer and nice and compact to help with storage. This is a fantastic domestic printer that does everything and more than you’ll ever need from a household printer. The Epson app is great; it actually works, easy to navigate and works as it should.m! What more could you ask. For the price you won’t beat this printer.

This is a good printer at a good price. Print quality and speed are both good and the 'print double-sided' feature compared with my previous Epson printer is a great improvement. Scanning quality and speed are also good. Set up to both my laptop and photo was fairly straightforward, but it took a bit of fiddling to get scanning working over wifi. One thing does, however, reduce the overall grading for me - the printer cartridges supplied have VERY small contents and, after printing less than 50 black and white and probably 10 colour pages, I'm having to buy more cartridges !

Great 3 in 1 printer, excellent printing quality, quiet to operate and at a very competative price - the downside is the Epson FlexPrint ink service. It's an absolute nightmare to connect the printer to the cloud/internet which is essential to access the ink replacement programme. I tried everything over a week period, including the Epson Support website (AI at its most ineffective), their Chat Line (also AI - forget it), and the Facebook Messenger option, as for the contact phone number - it connects to an agent, you might manage a couple of words, then it disconnects (Tried three times-same result). I have checked and apparently ALL of these problems are well known. I cancelled the service after a week of failed attempts. Do not believe it when the Printer tells you, you are registered and connected. That's only to your 'home' router NOT the cloud, so no chance of the FlexPrint service reaching your printer-so no page count,and no ink levels check so Epson can replenish the ink when required as the service is designed to do. GREAT PRINTER-ABSOLUTE RUBBISH for the FlexPrint service!! BE WARNED.

Bought to replace an HP printer that I sent straight back. This one really is easy to set up. Print quality for photos is excellent, I've heard mention of it being a bit slow but for home users I think it's easily quick enough. The print quality is very good too, much better than earlier models and it uses individual inks. Physical the quality seems good, not as flimsy as some others. I'm really pleased.

I've owned this printer for a year now and I'm finally giving up with it. Every time I come to use it, the print quality is poor with horizontal lines running through. So of course I go through the process of cleaning the print heads and realignment, which seems to use almost all the ink, because then I get warnings that ink is low. So I replace the cartridges, get the pages printed at print quality I could only describe as average. Then a week or so later, next time I want to print, the quality is again dreadful with lines running through it, and the whole cycle repeats. I honestly think I must have printed less than 150 colour pages in a year, but I've replaced the cartridges 4 times (at nearly £40 a set) so this printer is too expensive to run, costing me literally more than £1 per page. In summary: Colour quality, very poor. Print quality very poor overall. Time to print first page is really slow. Expensive to run. Uses a LOT of ink. See photo to see just how dreadful the print quality is. On the plus side (ha ha) it was easy to set up and it supports Apple Airprint. Good scanner.

It took me two hours to set up. the paper fits in the back slot. The cartridges didnt get recognised for four attempts, turn on and off again. WIFI was connected via on screen directions and my android phone. Quick and quiet at printing. Nice printer/scanner/copier.

Initial impressions as per other reviews were that the build quality was not so good, the paper feed is a bit cheap and plasticky but works ok. The panel appears cheap but is usable and works fine. Setup easily enough using a usb cable and laptop, app wouldn't work initially. After setup on the PC printing and scanning was easy to achieve via the desktop application. I was also able to use the app to print and scan, it seems the initial setup via the pc connected the printer to the WiFi network to allow WiFi printing via the app. The mobile app works fine though doesn't look very clean and professional. Print quality is decent and acceptable though photo quality is not amazing. Scan quality is much better and very easy to use. - Note Alexa integration doesn't seem to be available for the UK, but not a big issue. - Overall a decent basic printer/scanner for home/office use.

Grand for black and white prints. It's busting my chops trying to get head aligned. Nearly out of ink before I've started. Hopefully because it's new it might print itself out of this
