Animation?

I do believe my lights are defective this is not the animation from the video it's not an animation at all it simply goes from blue to white and that's it very disappointed thinking about returning productive VLAND does not have a solution Will update and change stars if problems resolved. UPDATE: After several emails explaining concerns about the animation I received a full refund for the headlights.

Bought two sets of vlands both broken, second pair came with a broken headlight adjuster screw, the first had a bad drl.
