Would not Charge or Work.
LED was a faint red and no matter how long it was charged it never got past a red LED. Got a small spin of the blades for about a second, has never worked more than that.

Works well
I’ve used it a few times. I’m impressed with the ease and power. The battery won’t last long before needing another charge though. I have had enough battery to finish everything I need and I recharge it before I put it away.,

Bought 3 years ago, used 3 x, buy corded one next, not have to worry about keeping battery charged
I noticed that this product is no longer available here on Amazon. And my review is late to the game but nevertheless… I purchased mine March 11, 2023. The Chefman immersion blender came wonderfully packaged, is extremely sturdy, once fully charged the first time, I was able to blend broccoli cheese soup to just the right consistency! I used it only about three times after that (blending cooked lentils, a couple sauces, that’s it), during a three year period since I purchased it.😬 Unfortunately, now it won’t charge at all. I wanted to use it recently, May 2026, and I charged it for 24 hours. I noticed when I plugged it in the red light on the top of it started flashing to say that there was a current, then it flashed even more quickly and then shut off. There were no more colored lights like the instructions say they’re supposed to be during the charging time. I charged it again another 24 hours and still nothing. Pretty much everybody else here says the same thing, that while it worked, it was powerful and well-made, but definitely not worth purchasing is gonna be dead after a few uses and not rechargeable. Further reading in troubleshooting, I found that a lithium-ion battery like this supposedly has in it, should be charged every 3 to 6 months even if you’re not using it. I didn’t originally know that, and since I didn’t use it sooner, I didn’t troubleshoot it sooner. Also, maybe it’s in the instruction booklet but I probably didn’t read that whole thing either.😅 I also tried what would be holding in the power button for up to 10 seconds at a time while the immersion blender is plugged in to force restart it but that didn’t work either. Since I’m way out of warranty there’s no way to return or replace it. But I am going to contact Chefman customer service to see if they can replace the battery. I see here that others have said Chefman has offered to provide 50% off the purchase of a new hand blender, but I’m probably going to look for another brand, I purchased another one at all. (It seemed convenient to have a cordless one, but in all likelihood, I would just order a corded one that stays plugged in during use because that seems more reliable, since I don’t use it that often, and I don’t wanna have to worry about maintaining a battery charge, once I do research and find a five star one.) Since I only used it three times in three years and we have four portable rechargeable battery blenders for smoothies and protein shakes, etc., as well as a really big ninja blender with all kinds of attachments and giant bottle with many features as well as smaller portable cup attachment). Thanks for reading!

Great cordless mixer; saves space and gets smoothie in less than a minute
Handy and powerful. Great for making smoothies. Got this for fruit smoothies and in less than a minute, it’s done! Such a space-saver compared to traditional blenders and juicers. The cordless feature is also a blessing so you fan use it without worrying about the length of the power cord or outlet locations
