HI THERE. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS NO INGREDIENT LIST, BUT FROM THE LOOK AND TASTE OF THIS PRODUCT, I WOULD SAY THAT NO MILK HAS BEEN ADDED. I HAVE HAD OTHER MASH WITH MILK ADDED AND IT TASTES CREAMIER. THIS IS A GOOD MASH TO HAVE WITH GRAVY THEN AND IS VERY CONCENTRATED SO THAT JUST A COUPLE OF SPOONS REHYDRATED MAKES A GOOD PORTION. BACHELOR'S SMASH IS ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE OR TO BE REALLY SAFE, BUY POTATO FLAKES WHICH ARE LITERALLY JUST THAT, BUT EASILY TURNED INTO QUICK MASHED POTATO. I AM VEGAN SO AVOID MILK ADDED PRODUCTS AND AM FAIRLY SURE OF THIS PRODUCT FROM THE TASTE AND BUY IT REGULARLY. I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS?
