What's up with the two gallon limit? Can't I just keep refilling it?

Yes, absolutely the cup can be refilled as you spray your project. I believe Graco is just providing a project “size reference” when comparing models. I just used this sprayer to stain my fence, 4.5 gallons, great results. Best estimate, probably (2) 6’ sections of fence per full cup of stain, then refill and keep spraying.
