Thank you for your question. The cavity size is 9cm (width) x 18cm (length) x 14cm (height) which can fit up to 18 standard injection pens inside. This is the space inside the bag with the cold packs inside. Many thanks.

The medactiv medicube medicine & insulin travel case (2 - 8°c), with 2 re-freezable gel packs, can pass the heathrow airport security?

Yes, it will pass, but you must follow some simple rules: 1. You will need a letter from your doctor/consultant (whoever issues your medication) to say you are carrying medication. 2. The cube must be carried in your hand luggage. 3. Gelpacs must be frozen. 4. Keep the letter to hand to show customs. (We declared the letter to the officer and asked if they wanted to see it). Hope all goes well.

Does this come with Gel Packs

Yes. It comes with two ice packs, they fit in the bag and probably take up about 50% of the volume of the bag.

Hi with the gel packs do I put them in the fridge or the freezer before flying?

The cold packs must be properly frozen beforehand for at least 14 hours.
