This is a fantastic product for hair loss, it actually works. No more hair in the drains after I wash it and less hair on the brush when I style my hair by pulling it around the brush to dry it. My eyebrows have also gotten thicker

I started this to prevent hair loss during weight loss, as a more budget friendly alternative to the supplement that costs $88 per month (the one that is constantly running TV ads). When I started, my expectations was that if it works, I will never actually know. (Did the supplement prevent weight loss associated hair loss, or was I never going to be one of the unlucky folks that lose a ton of hair?) I was very surprised to notice that after about 2 weeks of daily use, there was significantly less hair in the shower drain I will still never know with 100% certainty if this supplement is hair magic, but I feel confident that this helps and I will continue to stick with it. I'm three months in and ~25 lbs down - so far, so good!

Female, age 51. Have been taking this supplement for 10 months now for significant hair loss, thinning and shedding. Has made more difference in the length of my hair versus the thickness of my hair and that makes me feel like my hair is simply growing longer due to time. Since my hair is not getting worse in terms of thickness and thinning and this supplement is very affordable compared to other supplements with no negative side effects, I will continue to buy and use. My doctor said that I am getting beneficial vitamins, albeit in small amounts. I discussed trying Nutrafol with my doctor and he said absolutely not because he has read reports that it contains ingredients that are causing users moderate to severe negative side effects and the price is also too much to obtain noticeable results. Pros: affordable, no negative side effects whatsoever, only two tolerable sized capsules, noticeable growth and strength in finger and toe nails, safe ingredients. Con: not nearly as much hair thickness improvement after 10 months of use as I would like to see and feel.

I have used for a few weeks and can tell my hair looks fuller, I feel better with more energy and I normally have a hard time taking vitamins because of taste but these leave no bad after taste at all. They are easy to swallow and my skin looks radiant I just put on after I do my normal morning face routine and wow what it has done for my 52 your old skin is amazing….. this is a product that will forever be added to my daily skin routine

Purchased as a backup because my product was out of stock. After about 10 days I started experiencing headaches...then I started to notice pimples on my face. I remembered this same experience years ago before I discovered my main product. PHHG is very higher in biotin than most hair supplements. It may be good for someone who needs that extra, but not for me.
