A good flapjack
A good flapjack not to sweet ideal for a quick snack when running late and missing breakfast ( I have found other flapjacks to be sweet, this is the best I’ve found so far )

Perfect for long runs...
Despite some problems with delivery (not Olykes fault) these are pretty good. Not the most amazing flapjacks ever but at over 400 calories a bar, natural ingredients and about £1 per bar they're perfect for long runs. Can't complain.

Quite a lot of calories for the money
Very cheap and good quality but at over 400 calories a bit too much for anything but the longest bike ride

Delicious and filling snacks
These are delicious! I have bought them a few times - they make an excellent mid-afternoon snack, or even instead of a breakfast sometimes! They are quite large bars - I doubt if anyone would be hungry after finishing one! I have tried other flavours from the range, but the 'original' remains my favourite. My one 'complaint' would be that sometimes the wrapping is very difficult to open without resorting to knife or scissors! This is hardly reason for reducing a full five stars! (These are my own thoughts on items I have purchased)

Yim Yum! Uh Oh
Yim Yum! Edit: Ordered 2nd batch, quite literally can feel the crunch of sugar when chewing. Not sure what they've done, but I don't fancy eating pure sugar. I'm not an ANT. I'm NOT an ANT.

Nice as a quick brekkie replacement or snack.
Loving these flapjacks as a quick replacement for brekkie when running late. They are really “oaty” and not as syrupy as some others. Making a great way for me to get something quick to eat in the morning when I have to take medication with food but I have not left time to actually make breakfast. Nice smooth texture and hold together pretty well. Not to gooey either. Perhaps a little expensive but well worth it.

Just right..... to me !
Very nice to me (which is subjective ) the bars are moist whilst not being to crumbly... I would buy again. Nice price too my works machine is £1.20

Very Filling
One of these almost seems like a meal replacement, I guess for breakfast or if you are having a really busy day. The taste is decent, that of a sweet buttery oatmeal type bar. Though it would be nice with something like cinnamon or raisins with it. Overall they are a nice treat when you need to east something on the go or to replace a meal.

Good if you struggle to eat enough, but lack substance
They taste great, I have no complaints about that. They are absolute calorie bombs though, and most of that is from fat and sugar which is to me the real problem. I can see a use case for something like these for those who really struggle to eat enough because they are pretty small and pack a mighty 400 calories into that size. Or perhaps if you are running a marathon or something. But they are also pretty absent of any substance, they are basically just oats, oil, and sugar. I would be wary of eating something like this which lacks significant amount of fiber, protein, or micronutrients every day.
