I would give six stars if I could - this stuff works amazingly well. I had a horrible cold and stuffy nose that would not let me sleep at night. This stuff works, and lasts for almost a half day before it starts to fade. No nasty ingredients either. A++

Very good and effective

This item is excellent at one point. I felt like I was gonna die. My nasal passage was so clogged. I couldn’t breathe. I was walking around with my mouth wide open and embarrassing me this item is a life saver. I was able to sleep comfortably in the night and function in the day until my sinus had cleared I absolutely love this item. It is a must have.

Probably the best spray for colds ever. After using it i basically felt not sick at all. I tried a few other brands that didn't help nearly as much. Only downside is after a few days it's not as good, but i still kept the rating at 5

Of all the sprays I've used, this works the best. My nose almost completely closes as the day comes to an end, but when I use this spray it opens up the airways really quick.
