if these work, I don't think i'll repurchase

Well we all know vitD3 is good for us as we dont get enough sun exposure in the uk. As an office worker I hardly see the sun even in summer, so these supplements are a must for me. I find that this particular brand seems to work faster in reducing my fatigue. You get a 100 tablets for the price so very good value to boot! With Nature’s Bounty you know you will get quality supplements.

As far as I can tell this is a decent quality Vitamin D3 supplement. Nature’s Bounty is a well-established brand in the USA and they say they use clean ingredients and manufacture responsibly. They are suitable for vegetarians. It doesn’t say suitable for vegans; I can’t see what the unacceptable ingredient is but other Nature’s Bounty supplements do specify if they’re suitable for vegans, so it’s probably best not to risk it. There is quite a list of bulking and glazing agents (including sucrose, which I’d rather not see there). None are normally harmful or allergenic, but if you have chemical sensitivities of any kind it may be as well to check the full ingredients before buying. That said, these tablets seem fine in use for me and I’m happy with them.

In our unreliable climate lots of us need a bit of topping up of Vitamin D and particularly so if you aren't the sunbathing type or have to avoid the sun for medical reasons. These are very small tablets, so easy to swallow, with no particular taste. Recommended to take them with a meal. I think these will prove to be as good as any other Vitamin D3 supplement so they will do fine.

Having been diagnosed with low Vitamin D level, I started taking these. Haven't yet had a follow-up blood test, so cannot definitely say that they have raised the level of this in my blood. They are easy to swallow and you only need one small tablet each day, or in summer just one every couple of days to boost your Vitamin D intake. Large quantity, so these last for ages, excellent value.
