I’ve used the AGARO Multipurpose Kettle regularly for around a year and have been very happy with it. Recently, the kettle stopped turning on, so I contacted AGARO customer support.The response was prompt, my complaint was registered quickly, and they arranged pickup of the defective product and delivered a brand-new replacement. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and the customer support representative was very professional and helpful.Very satisfied with both the product and, especially, AGARO’s after-sales service. Would definitely consider buying from AGARO again.

So far, the experience has been great. It's ideal for small families and for preparing small quantities of food.Boiling eggs is much faster than cooking them on a stovetop. Steaming is even and consistent, while during cooking, a small amount of food may stick to the bottom, which is fairly common.Overall, it significantly reduces cooking time compared to traditional stovetop cooking. I would definitely recommend this product despite a few minor flaws, as they are easy to overlook.The customer service is excellent and responds promptly to resolve any issues. My unit had a breakdown, and the support team handled it quickly by replacing it with a brand-new product without any hassle.

This is real saviour for the new Parents for any travel. It works like a charm for all the baby food needs. Sometimes you can treat yourselves with that Maggie instead of using hotel’s dirty Kettle. Average kettle. It's over popular. Handle of this kettle is not good quality, accessories are good quality. First time when I used it to boil water I saw just half portion of the kettle is boiling, and after that I saw there boiling spot just after one time use. Since I'm returning this.

If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.

Inspite of replacement still the assembly is not proper I don't know what's the issue, and there's no help to reach out, the base rim is not properly sealed the lid doesn't fit on the steamer
