I use this remedy every day to reduce painful bloating which I have suffered with all my life. I eat a fairly high fibre diet which can sometimes worsen the problem and initially I was taking them after each meal three times a day. Over time these tablets have made a vast difference and now I need take only a low dose (3 tablets a day) after my main meal. Although I continue to suffer badly from wind, at least it passes through painlessly so I wouldn't be without my Braggs now! Taken in high doses I did find they made me a little constipated and also bear in mind I believe they are known to reduce the effect of antibiotics so best to consult your GP first if taking other medication.

These tablets are for the relief of wind,heartburn and indigestion. I bought them mainly for wind and have found that they work for me.

It's a very good product for relief of bloating but it does up the flatulence by an order or 2 of magnitude. Accept this and don't think about it, I don't because I have very bad bloating. The picture shows capsules but I got (and expected) charcoal tablets without coating, so don't try and chew them! Being charcoal they may blacken the tongue but that comes off easy enough. They are less convenient in this way than capsules but I have found the uncoated tablets work better. All-in-all a product that works and is about the same price as in the chemists (if you can find them). Can recommend them for people with persistent bloating.

I am quite pleased with these charcoal tables as they can be taken on daily basis and last for a month. The price is decent too.

My husband and I buy this product because I have IBS and consequently frequently have a lot of wind, and my husband suffers from a digestive disorder. Charcoal tablets are very good for wind, indigestion and heartburn and I would recommend them to anyone who suffers from any of these. Do be aware though that the charcoal makes your bowel motions go black, but this is normal!! (Sorry to be so personal, but it can be very worrying if no one warns you about this!)

The best natural product for bloat and IBS related stomach problems. Been using it for a couple of years now and tummy problems now minimal. Been using charcoal on my animals for years now - effects are very noticeable.
