80/20 Bronze

Having bought other flat wound strings that really let me down, I was looking for a mellow sounding string that didn’t squeak. These fit the bill, and sound great straight from the pack. No odd twangy brightness, really smooth

I remember when I started playing acoustic guitar everyone told me to buy Ernie Ball, D'addario, etc but since I've moved to these Elixir strings my whole playing world has changed, these strings are brilliant. And I'm not getting paid to say this (maybe I should) .They actually make me play better, but hey I don't care what you do really I'm just saying for me they're great.

Easy to fit. Bright tone. Time will tell what effect the poly coating has on the fingers and the sound. Looking forward to finding out.

These strings are a great fit for my rosewood-spruce small jumbo guitar. They sound full and relative loud fingerpicked and not as bright as expected (supposed to be brighter than nanowebs). Lasted about 200 hours of playing before noticeable deterioration. They are a bit less slick than the nanowebs. The one niggle is that they frayed after using a plastic thumb-pick, but generally very happy with these.

Such a great feeling to pick up the guitar and know that every time it will sound great and in tune... there is something magic about these strings for sure, yes they are expensive compared to your usual Martins etc but they are in a completely different league

Spending £14 on strings is pretty ridiculous but these really do sound fantastic. I was a little frustrated with the lack of bass and warmth on my acoustic and a friend recommended these - it's like a whole new guitar. 10/10

Best strings available - they last twice as long and feel smoother under the finger tips. I find I can play the guitar for much longer using these before I have to quite due to fingertip pain!

Sound and feel good. Can’t comment on longevity yet. I’m happy with them so far.

Great strings that will last. I used to have problems with my strings getting gross but the coating on these keeps them clean and shiny. These strings have a great tone, really nothing too twangy or anything like that but bright and nice.

Ho acquistato queste corde per la mia chitarra acustica e devo dire che superano di gran lunga molte corde comuni che avevo provato prima. Stabilità dell’accordatura: fin dal primo utilizzo tengono benissimo l’accordatura anche dopo lunghe sessioni di suono. Non devo continuare a ritoccare l’accordatura ogni pochi minuti, cosa che con altre corde succedeva spesso. Durata nel tempo: non perdono brillantezza e rimangono suonabili molto più a lungo rispetto ad altre corde non rivestite. Anche dopo molte ore di utilizzo mantengono una risposta tonale piacevole. Qualità del suono: il rivestimento POLYWEB contribuisce a un suono morbido, bilanciato e con buoni armonici. Non sono corde “brillanti al massimo”, ma offrono un tono ricco e gradevole. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: è vero che costano qualche euro in più, ma la qualità si sente e si paga. Per chi suona regolarmente e vuole corde che durino e suonino bene, ne vale assolutamente la pena. In sintesi: ottima stabilità di accordatura durano più a lungo delle corde tradizionali suono equilibrato e piacevole un po’ più costose, ma con valore reale Consigliatissime per chitarristi che vogliono corde affidabili, durature e di qualità Spero che la mia esperienza possa essere utile a chi sta valutando l'acquisto.

First time using a elixir string..not a cheap price but really change the quality of the sound of a guitar..gonna buy it again soon.

Placées sur fender vintage, sonnent très bien et chaud. Ne se désaccordent pas très vite.

初エリクサーです。有名なNANOWEBの方ではなく、こちらを選びました。 指弾きが多いのでノイズが少ないものを選びたかったのが理由です。 張って弾いてみましたが、今まで張った弦の中で1番良い弦だなと思いました。 前述のノイズが減ったことはもちろん、スライド時の引っかかりもなくなり、とても弾きやすいです。 また、コーティングのおかげか、時間が経ってもキラキラした音が出てくるおかげで、楽しく練習できます。 これがNANOWEBだとより高音重視の、煌びやかな音が出てくるのかなと思います。（クチコミではそうらしい） スムーズで、ノイズもなく、綺麗な音が出るので、高くても初心者にぜひ張って欲しい弦だと思いました。
