Sie sorgen dort für eine angenehmere und gemütlichere Fläche als der Fliesenboden und erhöhen die Sicherheit deutlich. Es handelt sich dabei natürlich nicht um dicke Turnmatten, erfüllen ihren Zweck aber gut und bieten bei kleinen Stürzen oder beim Abspringen einen besseren Schutz als harter Boden. This was a perfect purchase!! I have lame wooden floors in my bedroom and wanted a mat that could support my body and other small gym equipment I bought. I’m 5’2, and 5 of these linked together was great to me to do exercises and lay down comfortably. Easy to clean, nice texture, fast and simple to store.
