I used on multiple pcs, ryzen 9 and core i9. It helped with little as 2 degree to a maximum of 9 degree drop on full load. Quite impressed tbh

Got thermals of my Ryzen 7 9800X3D in range when doing a multi core Cinebench test, max it touched was 94.5 °C which is the ceiling for 9800X3D. Maybe it's the intended behavior of this test. For the record, I was using a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO air cooler.

Works great, more then enough to cover cpu. It's very viscous, so you have to spread it out by putting the cooler on. Thermal performance is amazing.
