Fulton Birdcage 1 Umbrella

This umbrella feels well made with good quality materials. It feels sturdy and made to last. The opening function is easy, no buttons just the push up type. It feels like it will withstand winds better than previous ones I’ve tried of similar design. It looks stylish and is a good true dome shape to cover your whole face and head keeping our all important hair styles safe from destruction! Perfect! And can still see where your going with it’s see through design. I am very happy with this brolly. Also it was delivered boxed so came in perfect condition, unlike previous ones that were delivered bent. Well worth the money! Thank you ☺️

I am delighted with my new Fulton umbrella as it is very specially designed to protect in wet and strong, windy weather. It is light, so easy to open and close and it lets me see where I am going. As a daily, rural dog walker, I really need to see where I am going in the wind and rain as most of the drivers in my area rarely want to take prisoners! You will excuse my slight exaggeration about walking into lamp standards. Actually, I have to drive more than 6 miles to find the nearest one to my country cottage home. I am not new to Fulton umbrellas. I have a neat, dressy one that I keep in my car for when I am forced to walk. I also have a large, hurricane proof one which weighs a ton, which arrived with what appeared to be a large gun carry/cover and which seems to want to take my fingertips off whenever I make use of it. After a lengthy dog walk with it, my elbows feel as if they don't belong to me. This one is now going into mothballs! All three umbrellas, however, are well made to last from quality materials and beautifully finished, but my special favourite is this most recent buy. I do hope we have a wet and windy winter!

Overall very smart and extremely practical when walking in shopping centre - good visibility amongst other shoppers. The one thing to watch: don't fold umbrella up until completely dry, as this causes plastic cover to stick and spokes can break when you try to open it. We have had three and have bought a fourth one as a present, so obviously we are very satisfied with them.

Exactly as described and feels quite sturdy when using or putting up/down. I like how it comes right past my shoulders and, while I likely look ridiculous to passers by, I arrive in work with dry, perfectly straightened, hair. Not only does the brolly protect you from the rain but the wind too. Only negative (and I’m really struggling to think of something) is it’s quite long. If I’m walking with it I have to grip if lower than the handle as far long to use like a walking stick. I know you know what I mean :) Also it won’t hook over the back of a chair if I go in a cafe/restaurant with it so end up having to slide it somewhere under the table where it won’t trip someone up! As I said, not really a negative, but something to be mindful of if you are vertically challenged like me (5 feet 4 inches). All in all I am pleased with my purchase and give 5 stars

I’ve bought cheap ones, expensive ones and they just all break. This is the best brolly I’ve ever bought. Covers me right down my back Doesn’t flip inside out in the wind Very firm and sturdy.

Good product, opens and closes smoothly, giving the ability to see where you are going even in heavy rain. Needs hand support on the inside in strong winds to keep shape.

I have used this umbrella a handful of times, when I tried to open it today one of the arms snapped and pierced the top, so that’s great! Absolutely shocking given that this is relatively expensive for an umbrella - will stick to the £2 ones from primark at least they last!

Great product, keeps you relatively dry while you can see where your going. As the spoke face down there's no danger of poking others in the eye or face. Haven't taken it out in windy conditions yet.

Pour ma part le parapluie est bien mais le contour rose n ai pas solide je le renvoie car le contour rose est très fragile il se détache du parapluie je ne le conseille pas .

Dopo infiniti obrelli distrutti dalla burrasca questo sembra avere le qualità per sopravvivere e lo spero sinceramente perchè mi piace moltissimo! Ho sempre voluto un ombrello trasparente perchè, dovendo spesso ripararmi controvento, camminare senza sapere dove stessi andando era anche rischioso, ma ne ho sempre visti con decorazioni stampate che non incontravano i miei gusti, quindi questo modello, nella sua semplicità, lo trovo veramente bello. Sembra molto robusto, il meccanismo di apertura soprattutto è molto solido e non s'impiglia nei capelli lunghi nè può pizzicare le dita chiudendolo, le stecche sono in un materiale estremamente flessibile, che mi fa ben sperare potranno resistere anche a violente folate improvvise (comunque nella tormenta mi sono abituata a chiudere qualsiasi ombrello, in certi casi resistere non ha senso). La pellicola che lo costituisce sembra piuttosto resistente, nonostante non sia troppo spessa, certamente si appiccica, ma fin'ora è stato sufficiente avere l'accortezza di lasciarlo asciugare aperto prima di lasciarlo chiuso, il produttore raccomanda di cospargerlo di talco prima di riporlo, ammetto di non averlo ancora fatto anche perchè lo sto usando piuttosto spesso. Non è eccessivamente pesante (un ombrello di legno e metallo peserebbe sicuramente di più) e la cupola è davvero profonda, a me protesse fin quasi alle spalle, trovo estremamaente comodo potersi infilare la testa dentro quando piove molto forte e guardarci attraverso, rimanendo molto più protetta dalla pioggia che continuando a sbirciare fuori da un ombrello normale che, con il vento e la pioggia che arriva da tutte le parti, non permette di proteggersi dalla pioggia. Se sopravviverà tutta la stagione lo ricomprerò per averne anche uno di scorta! O lo regalerò agli amici

Ottimo ombrello, robusto e grande. Anche esteticamente ha un ottima riuscita. Molto avvolgente permette una buona copertura pur permettendo una vista perfetta.

Jag har länge velat ha ett paraply som inte viker sig uppåt när det regnat samtidigt som det blåser. Det har fått nu!
