Very poor quality. Most of the laser cut parts are not. Would not recommend!
Laser cutting really poor. Have to use an illuminated magnifying glass to be able to cut parts out with a modelling knife.

Kofi me and the model plane
I purchased this Balsa wood model plane for Kofies Christmas. He is 10 years old I'm 72 and I pick him up from school one day a week and we do a bit to the plane. As well as a bacon sandwich then we start on the plan. I think this teaches him to read drawings and work to plans. At first he pushed out to much glue, but now he has devised ways of getting smaller amounts in the right place. He is a very good learner, back in October his drawing was stick men, so I bought him a drawing pencil and started teaching him how to draw. Within three visits his drawing was as good as any professional artist. So getting this plane was the next step. I get to work with him as man to man. I made him a plane in July, although he fly's it it is still in one peace. But this one the F-14 Tomcat is very time consuming. I still got the paper to put on the wings. His dad came round to pick him up as Kofi was building the wings and said did he do that. I told him I did not touch it, he did it all himself (well I did put the fat on the plans to stop it sticking). With my eyes not as good they were, I could not see the places to cut the niches out for the strips to go, but Kofi showed me where they go. Looking forward to his next visit, but what will we do when it's finished? I did see the model engine you build and learn how it works on Amazon. Good old Amazon! Kofi's grandad
